- What does an M give you in an M3? For starters, bar none, the BMW M3 has been and will always be the pinnacle of class award winning performance. Rated against a Mercedes-Benz CLK63 and the Audi RS4, the M3 dominates on the track like no other. In fact, Car and Driver tested the M3 against the Nissan GT-R and the 997 Porsche 911 Turbo and to everyone’s amazement, the M3 averaged ONLY .3 seconds shy of what the powerhouse 911 Turbo mustered around the 1.5 miles test track! Mind-boggling! But where the M3 really made up ground on the straight line wasn’t in performance, it was in exceptional ride quality and sound / neutral handling mannerisms. Where the 911 Turbo can be pushed hard by a race car driver, a novice could manage faster track times in an M3 with better feedback and balance. Amazing. No car in its class has set precedence more than the M3! With BMW technicians at the helm of installation of the Dinan upgrades, this 460 horsepower monster will be close to equal in straight line performance of cars that cost 2-3 times as much but with better handling and a much more pleasant daily drivability level. And don’t forget, this is a 7-Speed M-Double Clutch car, so you can drive it as docile as a daily grocery getter or turn the transmission setting on high and bang the shifter paddles like an F1 car! As you look at the entire package of what this car brings, it will be extremely hard to pass up and beat by anything else on the market for the price!
- We all know that from a performance stand point that the M3 is one of ultimate desire. But what makes this car special? Well, in case you don’t know, this isn’t a hopped up 3-Series. In fact, on the Exterior, with except for the chassis, doors, trunklid and fuel-filler cap, BMW says the M3 doesn't have any other parts in common with the regular 3 Series. BMW calls the bulge on the M3's aluminum hood a "powerdome." It's flanked by two air intake accents, one on each side of the bulge. With massive flared fenders to accommodate the wheel well filling 20” wheels, BMW truly raised the bar to give this car its own identity. A carbon fiber roof is in place to save weight and lower M3's center of gravity. Unique bumpers with enormous openings in the front increase air cooling to the huge power plant. Is this a race car or a docile comfortable daily driver? BOTH! Also adding to the appeal of this dream machine is the incredible choice in paint color. Alpine White has been and will forever be the most desirable color on nearly any European car and especially for an M3. In fact, no color on the M3 has been more desirable than Alpine White! The condition of the paint is 100% in line with that of a true 30k mile car should represent or even better! To be honest, this car could very easily pass as being a car with 10k miles or less. The prior owner was obviously a freak about keeping the paint pristine and perfect. This car is free of dents, it has no accident history and the only flaws are a few small chips that have been touched up by hand. We have very discriminatively inspected every panel on this car and have found NO prior paint work. This car is the real deal! We acquired the car as it was a local trade-in. If you want a plain everyday car like everyone else then this isn’t the right car for you. If you want a highly desirable rare car that stands out with a wonderful presence and a phenomenal history with BMW installed world class upgrades from Dinan than this is YOUR car!
- Once you are on the inside you will notice a very well appointed and optional Black Novillo Leather Package. No color brings a power ambiance to a car better than black. And I must say, this leather is well worth the increase in price with its super plush feel. This car was owned by a non-smoker so you will not find any traces of a car that was smoked it. The leather is supple, in excellent condition with no rips, no tears and no signs of abuse. Granted this is car has 30k miles but don’t let the number mislead you, that’s considered low mileage and it’s quite obvious that the prior owner was very kind to this car and took very good care of it. Driving this car is like none other on the market. The power increase is enough to notice a considerable difference over a stock car and not over the top with abusive add-ons. When you start this car and hear the awesome sound you’ll be thrilled with your purchase. Subtle in normal mode and a beast when you crack the throttle with a crackle here and there with a boastful sound experience from the exhaust. The only downfall fall from the car from the factory was the lack of Navigation. However, the car has been treated with a super trick version of Navigation added via a custom Kenwood touch-screen unit to fill that void. Nothing else was touched in the sound system as the Hi-Fi package that BMW provides is more than suffice. In every detail, this car is serious business that anyone can appreciate and even more so for the avid BMW enthusiast that knows high end upgrade products as well as the top of line in the brand…
- From an aficionado stand point, no BMW has stood out more and or had a higher desirability than the new E92 M3 Coupe with its gigantic display of power, end of story! Quite simply, this car doesn’t exist any place else other than here!
